As I had posted earlier, Vodafone is the first company to bring the iPhone in India, followed by AirTel. Yesterday, during his keynote address, Steve Jobs launched the new 3G iPhone in the US confirming that it will be available in 70 countries at the end of this year. Following Appleās announcement about the new 3G iPhone, Vodafone has confirmed that they would be launching the 3G iPhone in Australia, Italy, NZ and Portugal on July 11. Vodafone has also confirmed that, the Czech Republic, Egypt, Greece, India, South Africa and Turkey will be able to get their hands on the 3G iPhone by the end of this year.
