Blackberry Storm, the first full touch screen phone from RIM, will be hitting Indian shores in the month of December. Other regions that will see the launch of Blackberry Storm along with India include, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Vodafone will be bringing Blackberry Storm to India and the other regions. Vodafone also launched the iPhone in India but it didnt pick up pace in the market as it was priced way to high for the India customers. Vodafone is also planing to bring its entertainment and information services like Vodafone Music , Vodafone Live portal, Google Maps and Find&Go navigation, MySpace, YouTube, and Facebook to these countries along with the Storm. Out of these services, I guess, Facebook, YouTube are some of the entertainemnt services that Vodafone ought to bring to India. As per recent speculations, Blackberry Storms price in India would be somewhere between Rs. 30,000 to 35,000, which still make sthe phones pretty costly for most of the Indians but can be a good deal for enterprise customers who generally buy Blackberry phones in bulk.
