Samsung has recently hired Sunil Dutt as its India Mobile Business head; Sunil was Nokia India’s sales and Marketing director. This move by Samsung India will certainly help them in gaining some market share in India and might give tough time to Nokia. Dutt might implement some strategies in Samsung, as a result of his experience at Nokia. By the way, Samsung has opened their manufacturing unit at Sriperumbudur, where Nokia its manufacturing unit.
