At a recent event in Frankfurt, Germany, Samsung has confirmed that, Galaxy S will soon be getting Android 2.3 also known as Android Gingerbread. This will come as an update and will be available to users in March 2011. Samsung has still not confirmed, which countries will be getting this update. There is no clarification on whether this update will be OTA or now. Wait and watch!! [Via]
