Like Nokia, Samsung also showed its upcoming gadgets at the ongoing Mobile World Congress 2011. The Korean mobile phones and electronics giant, showcased Samsung Galaxy S2 and Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 at the press briefing. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 will take iPad and Motorola Xoom head on with its improved features and UI changes. It runs on the latest Android 3.0 Honeycomb. If you don't know, then I must tell you that Android Honeycomb 3.0 is optimized for tablets. Though Google has not gone ahead and said that it will be used to take iPad head on but it is understood with the way it is making it to tablets of different OEMs. Galaxy Tab 10.1 seems to be impressive with it's DDR2 memory backed by dual-core processors, long lasting battery back-up, 8mp camera, and a 2mp front facing camera for video calling, WiFi, Bluetooth etc. Other impressive features include a 10.1 inch screen (previous Galaxy Tab had 7 inches), 21mbps HSPA (4G) and dual surround speakers.
