During one of my regular visits to eBay India, I came across a N95 that was being sold just for 8499 Indian Rupees or just over $200. I was happy to see a N95 so cheap and that also brand new but when I clicked on the link, like I had suspected, it was China made Nokla N95, a fake N95. These Chinese clones of high-end Nokia N Series handsets have started making their way in India through eBay. Find more details about the bid here. One thing about the seller that impressed me is that he has honestly mentioned that the phone on auction is not the original Nokia N95.

Nokla N95 has a 2 mega pixel camera unlike the 5 mega pixel on in the original Nokia N95 and one more thing this one has touch screen feature, which is not there in the original N95. Other features include: Hand free Kit, Data Cable, Charger, Handset, With 256 MB Micro SD Card and 2 Battery, MP3/AAC/W4A/WMA music player, dedicated music keys, speakerphone, GPS.

With Nokia, a mobile handset company getting into Internet services, Internet services companies like Google and Skype are getting into mobile phones, it seems, everybody wants some part or the other of the consumer's wallet.
