Nokia has launched one more version of its N79 phone for sports enthusiasts. It is called the Nokia N79 Active Sports function. The phone comes with a active heart rate monitor that is fitted to the belt and it communicates with the phone using Bluetooth technology. The belt lets you to wear the monitor during your workout sessions and it will monitor the heart rate for you, which will help you in keeping a tab on your progress and fitness. By the way you can use it during your make out sessions only to see how much your heart beats for the one you love. OK, I am just kidding with respect to the make out part. The phone also makes sure that you don't get lost while working out as it comes with integrated A-GPS, Nokia Maps and Nokia Sports Tracker. You can plan your routes and also share them with your buddies. This version of Nokia also comes with a sport head phones and arm band. The rest of the versions remain the same. Nokia N79 was launched along with Nokia N85 in August 2008.
