Not Another Mobile Phone Blog

One of its kind Mobile Phone Blog, that gives you views and news about mobile phones from India and across the world. I am in love with Nokia and their phones but I also write about other mobile guys. Think Mobile..Think NAMP!!!!

Remember Metal Gear Solid, the game with the lead character of Snake. This is a very famous game, which was developed by a company called Konami. Now Konami and Nokia have teamed up to get this game up and running on the N Gage gaming platform of Nokia, which was launched this year on its N Series phones. The version that will run on Nokia phones is Metal Gear Solid Mobile version and has a lot of 3D art displays and camera work. Playing this game on your Nokia N95 would be real treat. But I was thinking, if somehow Nokia is able to port this game on the Nokia N810 Tablet then just imagine the kind of fun it will be playing this awesome game. I have played this game on a PC and it is simply awesome. However I have no idea what is there in the latest version of this game.

This what Gregg Sauter, Director, Third Party Games Publishing, Nokia had to say in the official press release, “We're excited to see KONAMI tap into the performance and community features we've built into the N-Gage platform. METAL GEAR SOLID® on N-Gage will raise the bar with respect to graphical detail and made-for-mobile features. We look forward to the launch of this great franchise on N-Gage.”

With these kind of games, that are already popular with PC gamers, Nokia is making sure that their enjoyment factor doesn't die down when they play games on their mobile phones.
