Not Another Mobile Phone Blog

One of its kind Mobile Phone Blog, that gives you views and news about mobile phones from India and across the world. I am in love with Nokia and their phones but I also write about other mobile guys. Think Mobile..Think NAMP!!!!

Nokia has extended its XpressMusic range by launching two new Xpress music handsets, Nokia XpressMusic 5320 and 5220. Both the devices fall under the affordable entertainment and music mobile phones category by Nokia and are taking Nokia’s Next Episode in Entertainment forward.

Nokia 5320 is a 3G-enabled music phone with Web 2.0 access. The phone has a unique voice enabled Say and Play feature, which will help you to just say the name of the artist and the phone will play the song for you, cool!! At least, some uniqueness from Nokia’s side! The phone is a dedicated music phone with a 3.5mm audio jack, up to 24 hours of playback time, an audio chip for hi-fi sound quality, extendable memory up to 8GB, HS-USB for fast music transfer and HSDPA for fast access to data. This time Nokia has indeed loaded XpressMusic handset with dedicated music functions. The phone has dedicated N Gage gaming keys and Nokia Search 4.1 and don’t forget about the high speed HSDPA connectivity. This one is really a entertainment and music phone with dedicated music functions, music keys, gaming keys, rich browser with high speed connectivity and last but not the least the brand name Nokia behind it. Nokia calls the 5320 as Social entertainment package with its Web 2.0 access.

Nokia 5220 is a music and entertainment phone for the masses with dedicated music keys, built in lanyard for easy carrying, music functions, 3.5mm audio jack. It also has external memory card support.
Both these phones are compatible with the recently launched Nokia Music Store. If you ask me the Nokia 5320 looks more impressive that the 5220 but 5220 is not bad, the only thing which struck me about the 5220 is the 3.5 mm music dedicated jack and the unusual asymmetrical shape, which you generally don’t find in a Nokia phone.
