As I already told you that 2009 would be the year of N97 and touch screens for Nokia, there is one more news from Mobile Arsenal that, of the 37 million touch screen phones sold in 2008, Samsung sold over 10 million touch screen phones in the year 2008. Mobile phones with touch screens were there in the market from many years but the actually trigger was pulled when iPhone was launched and everybody wanted to have a touch screen phone with multi touch functionality. and this shot up the demand. In the year 2009, the demand for mobile phones with huge touch screens will be more and that is the reason Nokia is gearing up and developing technology that can be used in touch screens across all price points. So this year you will see more and more of touch screen phones being launched.

This year is for tocuh screeen mobile but like Nokia is gearing up and developing technology that can be used in touch screen but hope price of the new upcoming touch screen should be affordable.

YEah you are right, touch screen phones should be available. Phones launched by Nokia will mostly fall in the mid-range price points. Also when lot of phone will be coming up in the market, the prices will come down fast, lets hope for the best!!
