Nokia and AT&T will be getting sued soon. No, they didn't hatch any conspiracy against Apple, but AT&T retailer was found selling old and used Nokia phones as new. Some of the phone that were sold were even reconditioned and along with AT&T, Nokia is also getting sued. The lawsuit is filed in California. It seems Nokia is not facing a good time in the US market, they are not doing well on the handset front, facing tough competition from guys like Apple and now this lawsuit. This is not good man!!!
