Electronic Pulp a website from Philippines has revealed the roadmap of Nokia for 2008-09. They have some inside sources in Nokia who revealed them this roadmap. Nokia won’t be coming out with any more 5 mega pixel snapper phones for almost 8 months. The company will be launching phones that will be enhancements of the N82; these phones will be more compact than the N82 and will be loaded with latest version of the S60. Summer 2009 will see a launch of a phone on the lines of N96, which will be the video flagship product of Nokia. Nokia will not be releasing any Communicators till third quarter of 2009. Nokia is making efforts to make its “Come with Music” initiative a competitor of Apple’s iPod and iTunes. The company is also entering into fashion phones big time. And as I told you before Nokia is eyeing to get Linux on their phones, currently you will find Linux on their Internet tablets. Last but not the least Nokia will be launching its true iPhone killer, the “Nokia Tube” at the end of this year. This is really great piece of info from the guys at Electronic Pulp. Thanx guys, you rock
