I recently blogged about the Sony-Ericsson W580i. The first shipments of the W580i are reported to be faulty. People are complaining that the keypad of the phone is coming off and is kind of cracky. Many phones, which were sold have been returned so Sony Ercisson guys have stopped the shipment of this phone, which are in transit. This is the same phone, which has the shake feature.And with the keypad coming off, I think the W580i competes with the Nokia 5500 sports, when it comes to this faulty feature of cracking keypads.The good thing is that Sony Ericsson guys are sensible and are trying to stop the shipments but Nokia enjoys seeing people coming at their service center with the same problem, again and again!!!
