N97 is getting a firmware update and this is what you gonna see in the new firmware v11 of the N97. Nokia has fixed most of the issues that are being faced by the users of the N97, where the UI freezes or the phone crashes. The Nokia N97, Nokia second touch screen after the Nokia 5800, has not been a hit like the Nokia 5800. Agreed, it has it own advantages, but more than a smart phone, I feel its more like a smart social networking phone. Hope all these fixes above are worth the effort.
