Five new updates are now available for the Nokia N97 multimedia computer. These updates include, Ovi Maps 3.1, N-Gage 1.3, Nokia Messaging 10.0, Ovi Contacts 1.20 and a small application that helps you in freeing some space on your N97 making it a bit faster. So when you run software updater next time this is what you will get,
- Nokia Maps 3.1, upgrade over the Nokia Maps 2.0, which comes with the device
- N-Gage App 1.3 - N-Gage gaming services on your Nokia N97
- Nokia Ovi Contacts 1.2 - This upgrade will add Ovi contacts and chat service on your Nokia N97
- Nokia Messaging 10.0 - Consumer push email on your Nokia N97. This can also be used to replace the email function of the Nokia Messaging Application
These upgrades sound cool and would make your N97 a bit more loaded with features. People who are complaining about the sluggish UI (I know there are lot of them out there) will find the memory freeing application useful.
