Nokia has acknowledged the ear-piece problem with the handset manufactured before Feb'09. You can go to Nokia care and get the chip replaced since it is covered under 1 year warranty. It is just 5 min job. At Nokia care insist on chip replacement otherwise they try to fix it the problem done in this video. BTW, great job done by you on this video.
