You read about, Nokia announced its exit from the Japanese mobile phone turf and confirmed of offering its premium Vertu brand as a part of its MVNO service. Vertu has announced its partnership with NTT DoCoMo and come up with Vertu Club. Vertu Club is a premium mobile memberships service and the MVNO service will kick-off from the second quarter of 2009. Nokia tried its hands in the Japanese market with its normal phone portfolio and did not succeed, may be now with Vertu they have a ray of hope as Japanese people go ga ga over premium phones and Vertu phones certainly are premium with some exclusive feartures.
