Last year there were lots of top management changes in the mobile handset business in India, with Samsung poaching the marketing head honcho from Nokia India. According to latest news from Business Standard, Nokia has appointed Suresh Vedula as their Business Mobility Head. Suresh will be responsible for handling the Enterprise Mobility Business of Nokia is India. He was with British Telecom and has 18 years of experience in this field. When it comes to mobile devices, Nokia is doing pretty well in the Indian market and the ever increasing mobile subscriber base of India is fueling its growth. With this new appointment, Nokia is focusing on enterprise mobility space in India, which is also growing and demand for services like security infrastructure, software and services is also increasing.
