The app is all set to take Google maps head-on with free, voice guided, turn-by-turn navigation. There is a Mapquest App for iPhone but this one differs from the iPhone App and if you are thinking that this might now work well outside US, you are wrong cause Mapquest developers have intelligently leveraged Google's speech-input capabilities of Android and this app also consists of OpenStreetMap data, this makes the app work fine outside US and within US users can get enhanced local mapping. As this app works on Open Source Project OSM, the listings and other location based data gets contributed by users, so it is more trust able and available in the time of need!!
