BlackBerry will soon be launching its iPhone killer the BlackBerry Thunder, which has a fully functional touch screen. Crackberry, a reputed source on BlackBerry has reported that the Thunder from the BlackBerry stable will sport a touch screen with Haptic Technology. The Haptic Technology enables the touch screen of the phone to give real time feedback when pressed. The user can actually feel the buzz on his/her fingertip where they have pressed the screen. The phone’s keypad will change to QWERTY in landscape mode and to SureType in portrait mode, automatically. The BlackBerry Thunder will be the first phone from RIM’s stable that will not have a physical QWERTY keyboard. Thunder will be launching in the month of September and will also be called BlackBerry 9500.
