I have had this phone for a short period of time and it is stuffing up a lot lately. For example, i unlock it and the screen turns white and i cant do anything that cures the problem. I've tried turning it off, i've tried taking the battery and pressing buttons but nothing will work. Does anyone know a solution to my problem?

Hi,
There has to be some internal loose connection. Rather than you experimenting, I would advice you to take your phone to an authorised service center and get is checked throughly. If there is a software problem then you can change the whole software. but that can be risky as people might give you duplicate software. Hope this helps
