Last year Nokia confirmed that they are opening a plant in Romania, which will manufacture mobile handsets. Year 2008 comes with some concrete news about this Romanian facility of Nokia. This plant at Jucu, Cluj county, Romania will be churning out 5 mobile handsets per second and will be managed by John Guerry from US, who once managed Nokia’s US based facility.
