My Nokia 5500 Sport had the problem of key pad coming off and after some time the phone became FUBAR. After making 2 rounds of Nokia Care Center, Bangalore and lots of fighting for me by my friends with the Care Center guys who are out there to make hell of Nokia’s reputation, the phone has been accepted and sent to Nokia Chennai for repairs. The Care center guys are so shameless that they were saying that this is the same problem with all the Nokia 5500s they have encountered and they were laughing; I think after experiencing the same problem Nokia didn’t even care to rectify it permanently but go ahead with repairing the handsets. If Nokia would have fixed this problem, the Nokia 5500 Sport was a really good phone and it would have become an instant hit with Nokia users. Anyways, lets see what the Nokia Care guys make of my phone.
