Not Another Mobile Phone Blog

I have always been thinking what exactly employers want from their employees...apart from honesty,hardwork..what do they want?...then also employers are unhappy and so are employees.....I am happy with the kind of job I am doing but still I think there is something missing.......I dont know from which end , from my end or from the other....I keep on thinking....why my company wants this to happen in this way ? why not the way i want it to happen?...these questions frustrate me to an extent of rage and hatred....but I guess these are the feelings of every employee...so I keep quite and again continue thinking.....I dont know when this will end but when it ends I dont want to be there...........
