Nokia today announced the first smart phone, which falls under its C Series range. Named as Nokia C5,the phone focuses on social networking and sharing. There were rumors last year about Nokia launching C Series range of handsets at the Nokia World Event 2009 but that did not happen. The device is pretty compact and affordable with a price tag of 135 Euros. Nokia C5 lets you access your contacts and other social updates from Facebook from your home screen. The updates are also integrated with your phone book. Other features include, 3.2 meg snapper, 2GB memory, Symbian S60 3rd Edition, 3.5mm standard headphone jack. The phone comes packed with other Nokia services like Ovi Maps, Nokia Music, Ovi Sharing etc. The phone will hit the stores in the Q2 2010. BTW, Nokia C5 got leaked a few weeks back and was supposed to make its debut at the recently concluded Mobile World Congress 2010.
