The fourth iPhone is rumoured to launch this year in sometime in the month June. As of now it is called as 4G as there is no official word from Apple on this fourth generation iPhone. iPhone, first launched in 2007, changed the mobile landscape like never before. The kind of touch screen experience and features it bought to the mobile user changed the game forever. Even big shot mobile guys were churning out mobile phones that would match the iPhone experience and every time a mobile like that was launched it was immediately touted as an iPhone killer but till now none of the phones has successfully killed the iPhone. Like other products of Apple, the iPhone has it fan following. When launched, other than the touch screen, iPhone lacked a lot of features that were necessary for a mobile phone. Still it did well and with the launch of iPHone 2G and iPhone 3G the phone improved on features and the latest iPhone i.e. the iPhone 3GS has most of the features that a mobile phone should have. With 2010 started, there are a lot of speculations about the iPhone 4G right from it having a OLED screen (which has a better resolution); dual core processing ( which i doubt because it heats up the phone and there anyway are lot of issues with the iPhone 3GS heating up); an improved 3.2 mega pixel or 5 mega pixel camera with better video recording capability; LED flash; Video calling. Lets wait and watch whats in store for the fourth generation iPhone. I am sure Apple must have worked really hard to make this one up to the mark as in 2010 it will face a lot of competition from the phones running on Android OS, which is becoming popular and improving day by day.
