Recurring delays in the Indian 3G auction has not discouraged mobile phone OEMs in India as they are launching 3G phones day in and day out. Samsung ha recently launched a new affordable 3G phone in India, C5130. With a slider form factor, home screen with shortcuts to site like Orkut, Facebook, Picassa, etc, customizable UI, 8 GB memory and 1.3 meg snapper, the phone's price of INR 6,000 is just awesome and it will certainly find many takers in India. Samsung is slowly getting into the low priced mobile phones market in India, which is dominated by Nokia. It recently launched the Corby in India, which has 3G, touch screen and a tight integration of Social utilities. When you compare the price of these phones with the features they have, its just value for money. Though the experience might not be that great as on a smart phone but hey, the features are almost the same!!
