It June 15th and the Samsung Omnia, which leaked few days back is now official. Sadly this release sticks to the US market. The Omnia 2 joins, Omnia Pro B760, Omnia Pro B7320 and Omnia Lite B7300. The cubic navigation button on the Omnia 2 gives it a distinct look as compared to the other phones from Samsung's Omnia range. The specs are a bit different from the one that leaked earlier. With a massive 3.7 inch AMOLED touch screen, the phones features a resistive touch technology. The phone is powered by Windows Mobile 6.1 professional (the leak said Android). It takes care of your imaging needs with a 5 meg snapper. Connectivity options are plenty with HSDPA, HSUPA, 3G, Wi-Fi. There is not word on the pricing and the availability of the phone. Looks wise the phones is awesome, lets wait and watch for its features and functionality now.
