Nokia left Germany, Germans got pissed off and some days back the German authority asked Nokia to pay $92 million for their exit decision. I think this was not enough to pacify the Germans, this time the German Government has asked Nokia to pay back $6 million of research subsidies. Its getting worse day by day for Nokia, the German’s are behind Nokia’s ass; hmm I think that’s the price you pay for calling a country like Germany as a region with low competitive atmosphere.

Thanx for the comment. yeah you are right, but time will tell if the Marketing strategy of Virgin hits bang on, cause if you don't know the mobile service is Tata Indicom handled, which is being named as Virgin Mobile. Virgin mobile is much reputed than Indicom and they have to live to the expectation of Indian consumers.
