Nokia Press Bulletin Board has reported that Nokia has launched the 3120, a new 3G phone by Nokia. The phone comes in vibrant colors and can make video calls, has web browsing, email and music downloading capabilities.

It seems that this year Nokia has decided to launch more budget friendly phones with 3G capabilities.
