Google Reader for Android now comes in a widgetized format. In the latest update, Google has given the ability to the reader where it can be out up as a widget on the home screen of your Android phone. The widget lets you show unread items on your home screen or you can set it up as a news ticker where it will be big on your home screen and will display items on the home screen. You can chose what items from the reader you want to be displayed on your home screen. Click on the headline and you can read the story. You will get this update if you run Android 2.2 and above on your phone. Google has also made the app available in Russian. Download the latest version of the App fro free from Android Market.
