Found this interesting piece of information on Mobile-Review Forums. Hongary29, a member of Mobile-Review Forum posted, "Try using your Sony Ericsson camera to detect the infra-red rays! The quality of your camera does'nt matter, it'll work even on a VGA camera. Just switch on your camera, point the front on your remote control to the camera lense and press the buttons on the remote control! You should see purple colour lights flashing! These lights cannot be seen by your bare eyes!"
