Till yesterday, Samsung was rumored to launch its first Android based phone the i7500 along with O2 and today it is official. Samsung;s first ever Android based phone will be launched on O2. The phone features Android 1.5 (Cupcake, Quad band GSM/GPRS/EDGE connectivity, Dual band UMTS/HSPA connectivity, 3.2 inch OLED Display capacitive touchscreen display with HVGA (480 x 320) resolution, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 5MP camera with LED flash, 3.5mm headset jack,528 MHz Qualcomm MSM7200A CPU, 8GB of internal memory, microSD card support. The phone can support 32GB memory on an external card, thats huge man!! The phone will be hitting the European markets somewhere in June 2009. [Via]
