With the 2009 movie version of the popular series Star Trek around the corner, Nokia has announced a special Star Trek Edition of its popular touch screen music phone, Nokia 5800 XpressMusic. The movie will be released on 8th May 2009 but Nokia will be launching this special edition phone on 1st May 2009. The phone will be loaded with exclusive Star Trek content that includes, four special Star Trek animated screensavers, three Star Trek wallpapers and eight exclusive ringtones, including "Phazer Shot", "Red Alert" and "Kelvin Communicator". The phone will also come with a special Phaser Application. The phone, sadly, will initially available with European carriers and not in all countries. The phone has already earned a lot of moolah for Nokia after its recently crossed the 3 million units mark and now with this edition of the Nokia 5800, its bound to sell more!!! [ Via ]
